Two Watercolor ACEOs, floral

I did two watercolor ACEOs today while I was offline, plus have a seascape in Graphitints half done that I'll finish later or tomorrow, it'll be tomorrow in half an hour anyway. Photo references for both are by Lake of Trees on WetCanvas.com for the Weekend Drawing Event Sept. 18-20, 2009.

I was unhappy with the rose scan especially because some of the darkest accents lightened to match the midtone red and so did the darkest pink, some detail on them is lost by those value shifts. I hate seeing gamut issues, this was the best I could do to retrieve detail while staying more or less true to colors.
