Writer's Block: Cyberstalking

Do you keep tabs on ex-boyfriends and -girlfriends over social networking sites? Do you think it's emotionally healthy or dangerous? Amusing or painful?
I'm still in touch with one ex-girlfriend online in a healthy friendship. Whether it's amusing, painful, healthy or unhealthy varies with the person and the relationship. Why would anyone want a blanket policy to deal with a decision that ought to be as one-on-one as the relationship?

Probably because some people essentially date the same personality over and over again. A blanket policy makes sense there, but I think there are bigger problems there.

True. If it's the same after every relationship, then it shows the one thing all your relationships have in common is you. Though if that same thing is healthy friendships when it's over, yay cool.
