Celtic Line Art -- an early morning eHow

I broke my pattern of Oil Pastels articles when I noticed How to Make Celtic Line Art scroll past on Requested Topics, so I got a few extra points and did it. Moderate difficulty, follow along and copy my design. Lots of tips in it for how to do interlacing when you don't have the knot pattern handy to do the other method I have in my other Celtic Art article, the one on knotwork. This one has a zoomorph. Enjoy!

Very awesome! I love Celtic artwork, and have an envy of people who can do it so well. I'll give the eHow article a try some night at work, when I've got plenty of spare time, to see where I go with it. :D

(Weirdly, I seem to be better at embroidering knotwork and braids from scratch than I am drawing them? O_o)

Thanks! That sounds great! Please, message me when you've done it. I would love to see what you do with this tutorial. It can work as an embroidery pattern too, just scale it up and trace onto fabric.
