Daily Art

Tigereye, Neopastels on ProArt sketchbook paper with a little scraping involved. About 4" x 6" but I cropped in a bit from the edges.

Today was overcast and seriously muggy, it almost felt like New Orleans and was a great break from the dry atmosphere in Kansas. Now it's storming. I didn't feel like drawing all through the gray day and felt very sluggish, but as evening wore on I decided to do something under artificial light and it came out rather well.

Posted to the 100 Stones Project over at WetCanvas.com and also in the weekly sketch thread.
